Found footage film exploring the relationship of Physical+Mental memory. Boundaries+limits of recollecting, involving a dance video exploring 9 variations of one dance phrase with audio samples of interviews of people suffering from Lewy Body Dementia struggling with the control over his/her own body.
Physical Memory also attempts to question how the eye (the way in which we see) and the memory (the way in which we reflect or recall) is connected to a zoopraxiscope (the way image is given motion). Perhaps our memories are simply a series of sequential still images given life through their relation to one another. How fluid is memory? How consistent? How accurate?
