To host a meeting for the first time, start a web browser and go to your RHUB`s Web conferencing server meeting server address and click "Host Meeting".
TurboMeeting downloads and automatically starts up.
Login using the email id and password that was setup for you or use your LDAP user name and password.
Now you can host an unscheduled meeting by clicking the Host icon.
There are 4 meeting types: Interactive, Webinar, Remote Support, and Remote Access,
I will start an interactive meeting, which allows everyone in a meeting to collaborate with remote control and present functions.
Now I will shut down this meeting, and I'll start up another meeting.
To start another meeting, double click the TurboMeeting icon on your desktop.
TurboMeeting automatically logs in by default. Now you are able to host a meeting.
Now I will invite Jane Doe to join the meeting. When you click invite, your default mail reader starts up automatically. I enter Jane's email id to invite her.
