Drift Colorado's 2014 Drift Season is well underway and although the weather was reluctant to cooperate, the first two practice events are in the bag. The first event saw sub-freezing temps until the final 2 hours of track time, and the second saw near blizzard-like conditions near the end. That being said, spirits were high and a lot of drivers got their cars properly shaken down for the first points event of the season on May 18th in Dacono, CO. Again this year Enjuku Racing has stepped up with sponsoring the entire points series for 2014, with many of the partners from last year carrying over as well. It was great to see Last years' winner of a custom Hanksville Hot Rods tandem-legal roll cage, Trevor Jameson, putting it to use with some familiar faces from last year's tandem class. The season's only getting started and with a good mix of events on the IMI road course and the PPIR vip lot, the competing drivers are sure to be kept on their toes.
