Short tutorial using Artwork's NETEX-G program that shows how to read Gerber files generated by ADS layout and convert them into a DXF file that can be easily imported into Ansys HFSS or Designer. The program cleans up the data, booleanizes any overlapping polygons, recovers the arcs and produces clean, extrudable data for HFSS.
The user can specify additional pass through layers that are not part of the conductor stackup.
