Release is about Kelvin, the prototype human kept inside the hermetically sealed eugenics/mind control facility known as Bright Star; the government's plan to repopulate a barren planet following the unbridled use of race specific bio-weapons.
Release is Matthew's most ambitious script to date. This conceptual short is an exploration of a scene from that script. Marc Baylis returns, this time joined by Siobhan Schulz in a tale of mind control, illusion and real love.
