Carbon Tracker Initiative is publishing a new report, Carbon Supply Cost Curves: Evaluating financial risk to oil capital expenditures, realised in partnership with ETA - Energy Transition Advisors, led by Mark Fulton, ex head of research at Deutsche Bank.
The launch event will take place on the 8th May from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm at Norton Rose Fulbright, London.
This is the first of a new research series and it will bring out into the open the financial analysis around future oil investment, to enable a wider debate about how capital is being deployed.
Christiana Figueres, Executive Secretary of UNFCCC is going to open the discussion. High profile panellists form the financial and energy sector (Morgan Stanley, F&C, Storebrand, HSBC, Aberdeen Asset Management, Schroders) are going to discuss the research findings.
