When Jesus was asked, "How do you pray?" He said: "Begin by saying: Our Father..." He used an Aramaic word for Father, which literally referred to how a child would address their father. They would say, "Dad or Daddy." Jesus is saying: "Our Father is the Dad who is so much more than we've ever experienced with our earthly dad. Whether that experience was good or bad, our Dad in heaven is "so much more." “If you know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give?” (Matthew 7:11). Let me tell you about my Dad, my Dad in Heaven.
