So many people are feeling the effects of stress these days and stress does affect the adrenal glands. Let me ask you three questions: Do you wake up feeling like you could have slept more? Do you need coffee in the morning to wake you up? Do you get tired between the hours of 2 and 4 in the afternoon? Well, if you answered “yes” to just one of those questions, chances are that you are suffering from a condition called adrenal fatigue. Adrenal fatigue occurs when your adrenal glands are so exhausted that you get one or more of the symptoms I just mentioned and adrenal fatigue is directly related to stress.
We have an excellent stress protocol that will not eliminate stress, but can help how the body deals with it so that you can function better. It won’t really lower the stress that you feel but it rounds out the corners so that your body can handle it better. For example, we had one person who said to me that he would always yell at his employees. Stress was at an all-time high for this individual. After putting him through the adrenal or stress protocol, even his employees have commented on what a changed man he is!
