A time lapse video of the Downtown Farmer's Market in Des Moines, Iowa on May 3rd, 2014 which was the opening day for the 2014 season. The Downtown Farmers' Market was recognized nationally by Midwest Living Magazine as "One of America's Best Farmers' Markets." Opening day typically sees around 40,000 visitors.
This time lapse consists of approximately 4,000 still photos that were taken from the top deck of a nearby parking garage and then compiled together into this two minute video showing the sights and sounds of the farmers' market. Photography and production by Brian Abeling.
