The making of this film was completely spontaneous. I invited two of my friends to hang out and then decided to take advantage of the sunny day/the opportunity for lens flare. I felt like the day was perfect for a happy indie-type movie. Thus, we went on a walk in the sunshine and I harassed my two friends every few steps, constantly figuring out new perspectives/shots I wanted of them. Don't worry; they got rewarded in the end.
Some clips may seem to run a bit long, that's just because an hour of filming didn't result in many shots.
I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with the movie, if it'd be a music video, or what, but then something magical happened. After I'd trimmed the clips and made the movie, I messed around, trying a few songs with it, and the last one I tried ended up fitting perfectly. Perfectly. Obviously, you know what song it was. We're Going to Be Friends by The White Stripes. That little sign decided the fate of the video.
Anyways, I hope you enjoy this! I know it's not the most beautiful film you've laid eyes on, but it was conceived out of fun!
