i went to Angola from July to September 2003. i was 20. i photographed with a "point and shot" analog Canon: my very own first camera. in 2013, ten years after, me and Bruno Carnide (film director) started flipping through the album.

photography will always be the place where memories are evoked. particularly when we know that maybe the places are no longer the same, taking into account the natural landscape changes.

this project is a search for a lost memory in 10 years of a closed book, which is now open and prompts a revisit to the same places.

this is an unfinished work, which I'm not sure if it will have a closure. I need to return to that land for that.
