The BC NDP have a new leader something that they have been doing on a fairly regular basis in the past decade. The question is whether new leader John Horgan can lead them to government after more than a decade in opposition. Can the BC NDP find a way to attract new voters and can the new leader find a way to bridge the gap between the environmentalists and resource sector supporters within his caucus and the party's existing voter base.
