Directed by Andy Fortenbacher, Walter's Wife is a visually stunning film that depicts the dysfunctional collapse of a small farm family in the 1950s. A curious ten-year-old-boy, James, observes the tension between his parents, the cruelty from his father, and the secrets that his mother has been withholding. James is determined to find an answer that will connect his ambiguous family past to the fearful uncertainty that he is experiencing.
