Here are the rules:
Come up with a fast and delicious meal only using simple ingredients from your fridge. You can't go out a buy anything, must take less then an hour to make "from start to finish", no pre-cooked ingredients! So, Cooking with Jay, are you up to the challenge?

This is what I was able to create with the 4 ingredients from my fridge!

4. fresh Herbs
5. parmigiano cheese
