The 2010 animation challenge was "Change Your World". We decided to tackle two major problems in the 30 seconds we had: The energy crisis and clean water shortages.
Our idea was to manufacture cheap Do-It-Yourself (DIY) windmill kits that any household could buy and setup to begin supplying their own household power. We would then use any profits to supply more windmill kits to be setup in developing areas that lack clean water. The windmills would then be hooked up to a water purification system to give the locals safe drinkable water to survive.
