Most of my shots were done using a combination of Maya and Toon Boom Harmony. Maya was used for animation, modeling, rigging and texturing. I also used the toon shader in maya to export my geometry as a line render when the shot needed to match the other hand drawn elements within a shot. Toon Boom Harmony was used to do all my 2d animation in. Any 3d elements from maya were imported into Harmony and composited within the shot.
