This year's Museum Pieces included original dances that touched on themes of love, spring and exams, among other things, as well as featured a bouncy bee and a beneficent angel. Museum Pieces is an outdoor dance performed every spring on the steps of the Bowdoin College Museum of Art.

In this video, part one, students from Dance 2241: Afro-Modern Dance choreographed and performed a dance to Otis Redding's "The Dock of the Bay." Mollie Friedlander ’14 and Diamond Walker ’17 choreographed the second dance, "Partition," performed by the student dance group Obvious. Members of various student dance groups collaborated on the third piece, "Same Love."
