The East Side Crew Autumn Fitness Challenge is an amazing five week fitness and nutrition program that achieves amazing improvements to the health and fitness of our Crew members. We have two levels, weight loss and performance. After the first detox week everyone is feeling amazing. They have a lot more energy, sleep better, can concentrate better at work and are training a lot harder. Our members on the weight loss program have lost over 4 kilos in 3 weeks.
