ClimaRice is an integrated project that aims to assess the climate variability and its impacts on the water availability and rice production systems in the Cauvery river basin of Tamil Nadu, India. The overall goal is to contribute to adaption strategies to sustain rice production and ensure food security amidst changing climate.
ClimaWater: The main goal of the project is to prepare the base line scenarios and develop adaptation methods and tools that will help address the climate change impacts on hydrological regimes. These methods will be tested in a pilot area of Godavari river basin in Andhra Pradesh.
