The second of three case studies forming part of a 26 minute documentary looking at the effects of climate change on human security in the SADEC region of Africa. Using water as the key driver, the doccie explores both individuals and communities affected by floods and drought; and the resulting affects of failed agriculture, forced migration as well as the inevitable health and social issues.
Commissioned by the British High Commission and screened in December 2009, at COP15, the United Nations Climate Change conference in Copenhagen, where the world's policy makers aimed to re-assess and improve on the Kyoto Agreement.
