Alfredo Lin began growing his own tea four years ago. He comes from a long line of oolong farming, his family has been farming tea for hundreds of years. Lin's young energy encouraged him to look into the production of black tea instead of the traditional lightly oxidized High Mountain oolong teas.

He was fortunate enough to meet tea master "AONES" who is famous for popularizing the new breed of black tea TTES no. 18 and no. 21 which won awards at the Taiwan Tea Competition and the Development and Extension of Multiple Tea Products.

Lin also utilizes innovative processing techniques such as Aerodynamics during withering. Lin's farm is located at 300m elevation.
