A flight in a powered hang glider (known as a weight shift trike) to 11,200 MSL over Sandia mountain with my wing man, Damien Beresford. The flight originates at the Double Eagle towered airport where the two keep their trikes. Both fly East to the Rio Grande river for low flight over the water with a balloon rally in progress. As they progress North, they start the long climb. Get ready for some spectacular views one mile up over Albuquerque, a high desert flying site. Mr. Dempsey flew hang gliders in the 90's with many un-powered flights over this magnificent beauty.
