3rd try on this. This is a pretty basic performance or meditative action in which I try to purge all these unwanted feelings resulting from recent lifestyle changes (omg single yay). Hurting yourself is a form of discipline and also aids cathartic release. I was hoping to speed up grief period by physically stimulating pain so that I won't have any more tears to shed about this...but also I wanted to be in a place where I can laugh and cry at the same time... ANYWAY. ON TO THE NEXT ONE.
* this is also a useful exercise when you're just generally shitty. Try having someone do it for you!
Above depicts super genuine sadness and -13 pounds 2 week after break. Everything will be okay as long as I'm getting thinner.
