i-intra is a web-based intranet system that automates a company's HR process. It works on both web and mobile devices and is capable of managing company's other branches without a physical existence of an HR employee in these branches. It provides an employee dashboard for employees in order to submit their HR requests (such as vacations, expenses, permissions, missions ...etc. ) based on the company's workflow process. It provides for the employees additional services such as Chat (which can reduce communication costs between employees in different branches), Company news and Announcements, Local news, Reservations for Meeting Room and Help desk and other services. Also employees can submit their appraisals through the system and scored online from their appraisers through the system.
