A short film I made with my friend, an amazing contemporary dancer, Vesna.
After knowing each other for quite some time now, one day we decided to take our friendship to another level and combine Vesna's love for dance and my love for filmmaking as well as our common love and taste in contemporary visual arts of all sorts.
So there we were, in this beautiful and so inspiring house, only two of us, with heads full of ideas and hope, that we will manage to execute what was in our heads and turn it into a film that each of us always wanted to create.
We worked for two days constantly, spent hours on the floor, both bruising our bodies, getting tired psychically and mentally... but it was so worth it. We felt like everything was on our side, everything was happening so smoothly and naturally. We didn't push ourselves to do things we didn't want to, or didn't feel like doing. Organic, real, natural... this is how we feel when we think about the process of making this film.
Vesna, thank you for opening yourself and letting me capture your emotions and amazing talent. I will never forget the experience of shooting and editing this film. It means a lot.
