This is my son Isaac (and at the end daughter Emily) displaying his lightsaber skills. At a parade in North Aurora, IL two weeks ago, the 501st Legion Group Midwest Garrison walked in the parade, much to the delight of my son Isaac. He chased Darth Maul for over a half an hour at full tilt (he's three, short legs) until he finally had a chance to challenge him to a duel. Instead of attacking, the kind Darth Maul gave Isaac a playing card with his information on it. This has now become his most prize possession, and he press-ganged me into replying. I may have gone a bit over the top with the video, but the end result was worth a little extra time. We hope that you enjoy the results.
To the 501st - I know that some of this isn't to scale, that there are framing errors with my screen crawl, and that I could have done better work on the foley. All of it was done with a three year old peering over my shoulder, so time was tight. :)
Regardless, thanks to you guys, and particularly to SL-36285 (Ted Ruler) for inspiring a little boy to love the stories we've enjoyed our entire lives. :)
