New dry-suit, New video lights, New GoPro Hero3+ black edition, Newly qualified buddy.........I guess it's time to go to Stoney Cove and test it all out. I have a wreck diving week coming up and I wanted to iron out some kinks in my kit etc so I went training with some friends and we had a great days diving at the Cove.
Camera: GoPro hero 3+ black edition.
Lights: Fisheye Fix Neo 2000DX which I bought from the very excellent fellows at Optical Ocean - check them out here: opticaloceansales.com/
Lights and video were all being pushed through the water on a Snake River Prototyping cradle (and very nice it is too)
All dives were done at Stoney Cove - come and dive with me here: stoneycove.com/
Shallow waters in the video - The Submarine wreck, the small fishes and the building - were all shot in ambient light, no lights, no filters. Depth was no greater than 6m
Deep waters in the video - Wrecks of the "Stanegarth", "Defiant", Army 432 tank - were all shot with lights, no filters and between 15-22m
