We spent a week at Iberostar Paraiso resort, Riviera Maya Mexico. Travel clips and time lapses from the resort, Playa del Carmen and Cozumel.

This was a crash course on using my GoPro Black 3+ and gadgets. A few clips were from the T4i. I liked the ease of traveling with the GoPro since it is small and lightweight. I planned on using the Steadicam Curve, but didn't factor in that the slightest breeze effected the balance. It did make a nice handle. Also used a monopod and the GorillaPod. The GorillaPod was a good stabilizer holding two of the feet and using the third in my shoulder. Special thanks to SchmueyVision (Phil) for the tip. The GorillaPod was a last minute purchase.

The GoPro did shut off during the Segways about 30 minutes into the tour. It did turn back on after about 15 minutes and filmed for another 40 minutes. When I got back to the room to review on the LCD backpac the video from that day and previous was in monochrome and would not play back. I took the backpac off, took the battery out of the GoPro and left it sitting out of the case. After 30 minutes it did playback fine and in color.

My husband the comedian had a great time. :) I included a few of his moments.
