Handstand involves :
There are three steps to Handstand
1) The "Integration" phase
2) The "Getting Vertical" phase
3) The "Locking In" phase
Step 1, the "Integration Phase" is made up of three main aspects:
1) Integrated Arms (with special focus on the "Palm Arch"
2) Integrated Torso
3) Integrated Legs
The key is to not loose any sense of Integration or connection when you are getting vertical. Eoin covers some of the main problems for why people loose this connection when getting vertical as well as how to "Lock in" at the top.
