In 2006 Boost Mobile set out to create a program that ignited youth to become more involved in their communities by donating their time, labor and love while also interactive with the brand they related most to "Boost Mobile".
Boost formed a partnership with Rock Corps (an existing non profit) to co-brand a National Volunteerism Program that leveraged the coolness of the Boost Brand with youth who were interested in "Boosting" their lives in ways that extended beyond the affiliation to the brand.
The result was a program that touched over 30,000 teens across 26 cities and culminated in the once in a lifetime event in NYC where the participants enjoyed a free concert provided by their favorite artists and of course Boost Mobile.
From a business prospective this program generated a increase in sales by 33% during the life of the program, and proved the theory that brands who connect in meaningful ways can do extraordinary things!
Project 2050 was tasked to create the Visual Center/Identity of the program that included: OOH, Online, and Print.
Shepard Fairey, our founding Creative Director put his personal touch on all the creative elements.
