As part of a global marketing campaign to launch their new Engagement Hub CRM solution package, Thunderhead.com wanted to encapsulate all activity across the business with a new look and feel, which would permeate through all business touch points going forward. Having worked closely with Thunderhead.com for some years we were best placed to help them articulate their product through digital, print and animated collateral, retaining a high level of consistency across all assets.
To help explain the benefits of Thunderhead.com’s SaaS based product we developed a comprehensive set of illustrated characters from business users to a selection of end users. These were used in animation and print to articulate how the product worked in real life business situations.
As part of the new look and feel Territory designed a suite of icons to help communicate various messaging, methodologies and actions along the customer journey.
All of this work came together on their mobile-first website, previously developed by Territory, that delivered all messaging in a coherent and consistent manner.
