Eating picked things is good for your digestion, which turns food into immediately useable energy... not stored as fat!

In a mason jar, julianne cut carrots, cucumbers, and beets.
Fill to the brim with apple cider vinegar
Add salt + a pinch of coconut sugar or honey

The beets will stain your veggies into a beautiful color after a few hours, although you can eat right away too.
