The SMC-Roe Bottle in Case Washer Model BiC1875 highlights the company’s design engineering and manufacturing capabilities. This unit is highly customized for our customer and their 400,000 lab animals.
Our modern technology provides the best equipment available in terms of temperature control, validation, ease of operation, and maintenance. The robust industrial-type components are heavy Stainless Steel construction combined with innovation. The color touch screen panel and Ethernet communication come standard. All parts are 100% non-proprietary.
Cages are loaded onto the roller track system with 45 degree bevel to provide flexibility in loading and unloading cages with slight variances in size.
They are conveyed only when the interior wash and rinse guaranteed temperatures are met. This ensures proper cleaning and sanitation of the bottles.
The bottles are loaded, flipped over, washed, rinsed, and sanitized during the process. A guaranteed sanitation temperature of 182F is reached for a minimum of 100 seconds. This energy efficient model has a Cascading Water Re-Use System as well as additional utility saving features incorporated in the design.
The throughput for this washer is 3000 bottles per hour/120 baskets per hour.
There are three side access doors for easy maintenance and inspection of the interior.
Once the rinse phase has completed, the baskets are conveyed to the bottle station where they are accurately filled with a preset amount of water before being recapped.
