This video was created by students in the Baltimore Speaks Out! Program at the Reisterstown Road Library Branch of the Enoch Pratt Library during the spring of 2014. Students in the program all felt that reading was an important life skill and were upset by the amount of people they personally knew who could not read. They created this short video to showcase just a few of the reading resources that are available in Baltimore.
