Seattle is giving two surveillance drones to the Los Angeles Police Department after numerous regulations made them unusable in the Emerald City. Currently in the possession of the Department of Homeland Security, there are no current plans for their use. The Federal Aviation Administration must grant approval to use the drones, which the agency has never done in a major city. Civil liberties and community groups are already speaking out, raising concerns over potential privacy implications of the remote vehicles. RT Correspondent Meghan Lopez reports from Los Angeles.
