Footage I took on a sunny day in June along the grand canal in Dublin. I used a BMPCC (RAW) which had a Nikon 28mm F2.8 attached and attached to that was a Kowa 8Z (16H) 2x anamorphic lens. I also had a Hoya IR Cut and Genus Eclipse variable ND filter on the front of the Kowa. Mostly the Nikon was at F2.8 for everything so I could get some DOF. The variable ND helped massively there.
It was also a great chance to test out my Kinotehnik LDCVF for the BMPCC and although it's pricey it's really well made and a joy to use. Couldn't be without it on a sunny day and especially when focusing the KOWA which is a pain in the arse. I graded this In Resolve with an Osiris LUT (M31) as a base. It's showing here in it's native aspect ratio which is a whopper. Music is by Duke Ellington.
