"CEO of Dealer Synergy Sean V. Bradley Conducts Interviews in Sweedsboro, New Jersey at Spirit Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram Dealership"
CEO of Dealer Synergy Sean V Bradley visits Spirit-Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram for interviews. The reason he went to visit is because they are the cover of Autosuccess Magazine for June! Those interviewed include Ron Baus Jr., Michael Baus and Jennifer Romano. Ron and Michael are the sons of the late Ron Baus who started this dealership. Ron is the dealer principal and Michael is the general manager. Also interviewed is Jennifer Ramano, the internet sales director. Sean's purpose for visiting was to see how Dealer Synergy's internet plan for automotive success has helped their dealership.
It is important to note that in 2009 when Chrysler the cooperation had to file for bankruptcy, Ron Baus Sr. died the same year. Times were difficult for the dealership and they knew they would have to reinvent themselves. Ron Baus jr. acknowledged how his father had built their business on their own and intended for it to stay in the family. While things were difficult for a while, there was a big turnaround upon them upon meeting Sean Bradley. They met in March and by April 99 units had been sold for the month, they doubled their count. They wanted to break 100 and the next month they did. By May, 103 units had been sold.
So, what is this big key to success? The internet and the right staff. You can't throw money at a problem the dealership knew they needed help and knew training was key. General manager, Michael Bauss even admitted to being skeptical at first because it was different to hand over their normal abilities to other people. Once the plan was implemented, everyone became united. They accredit Dealer Synergy 100% but, Sean acknowledges that it was their great staff.
The process included analyzing what was already going on in the dealership and created a plan. Four new people were hired as full time appointment setters in addition to the internet director hire. They are still to this day talking about expanding their internet department. General manager Michael Baus predicts 150 units being pushed a month in the near future. Both Michael and Ron acknowledged that having the right internet director was key as well. None of them can imagine dealerships living in a world without utilizing the internet or having someone help you. Ron notes the importance of having Dealer Synergy to consult with monthly, as the internet is rapidly changing. Over all, things are going well and look like they will continue to do so.
