This PSA was created in Spring 2014 by students at Riverside University High School in a Milwaukee Film Education Program On-site Workshop.
In this six-week workshop, students learned about the PSA video genre, chose an issue that mattered to them, and identified a message they wanted to communicate to their peers. They were involved with the entire video production process--from conceptualizing, to shooting, to lighting, to editing.
This program was supported in part by a grant from the Wisconsin Arts Board with funds from the State of Wisconsin and the National Endowment for the Arts. Additional support was provided by the Herzfeld Foundation and the Milwaukee Public Schools Partnership for the Arts and Humanities program.
