00:00:00 Welcoming Remarks
00:00:46 MTC: Bryan explains why MTC might be “running slow.” (Note: everyone’s computer is different with different setups and how fast or slow a program runs is heavily reliant upon the computer resources available.) He also explains “image caching” and its effect on the “visual” look of graphics on the mat when image caching is “on” versus “off”. Image Caching is on by default. He also notes that if it is PCS running slow the problem is probably related to outdated drivers on your graphics card.
00:16:16 MTC: Bryan talks about how to resize an image for a “print and cut”. He also shows how to “trace” a page full of images by tracing using the background color and then removing the background to get the individual images. He also discusses how reducing or increasing the graphics can effect the image’s print quality.
00:42:13 General discussion among Bryan, Susan, Julie looking for users to ask more questions or topics to discuss (this goes on for several minutes)
00:49:18 Susan and Bryan discuss “slice forms” in general (not creating them with MTC however) and briefly discuss “sketch-up” program
01:01:57 PCS: Bryan reviews “Global Operations” function in PCS
01:15:16 MTC & PCS: Susan shows generally how she takes images from MTC to PCS and back to MTC to design an image that she uses in one of her pop-up books. She uses a robot with grass as her example.
