E.S. Fox of Saint John has been awarded a contract of over $2 million as part of the Irving Pulp & Paper modernization announced in March of this year.
Work is expected to begin on June 15 as the company undertakes the design, fabrication, delivery, site installation and testing of modular utility racks. The racks are comprised of a structural steel frame with long pipe sections and will connect the existing facilities with the new Continuous Cooking Plant at Irving Pulp & Paper. The project will involve 7 company employees and 25 additional tradesworkers including ironworkers and pipefitters. As well local trucking and steel fabricators will also secure jobs as sub-contractors to E.S. Fox
