The beauty of the natural world, the constant patience you have to have to get a shot that's in focus (especially when using macro lenses) and the brief rewards of such fascinating creatures really relishing their Sunday lunch. Enjoy this 8 second shot of a hover fly bobbbing its way across an oxide daisy. Maybe next week I'll be lucky and capture it doing the hovering, which is an event in itself! How I do envy the BBC's photographic equipment!
