The scene: it's the Summer Olympics and DISH wants to drive viewership and upgrade customers to a higher programming package. The challenge: in no way could we mention the Olympics, Summer Games, Going for the Gold and so much more.

The internal DISH creative team came up with the concept. Futuristic Films did the production and post in Denver, CO. We cast out out of LA and flew in the actors (and parents of the young boy and girl). Jamin Winans directed and created the score. I oversaw all aspects of this commercial from ideation to completion plus rounds and rounds with Legal to make sure we could push the creative as far as possible without upsetting our friends at NBC Olympics.
