SYNOPSIS (ENG):
He came from the city and is trying to fit in the countryside – Alentejo. His life is dedicated to picking raspberries, hunting and taking swims in the canal.
She is passing through and comes from the world he wanted to leave behind. One day they meet and their attraction is immediate.
But their natures prevail over all else: she is free and he`s a hunter.
DIRECTOR`S NOTE (ENG):
The film was inspired by Henry David Thoreau`s experience he made in “Walden” in the mid-19th century:
What do we need to live? Just a job, a modest home, besides a simple life, without any material ambitions.
Obviously everything goes well until un enexpected element joins this equation and changes the course of the story – “boy meets girl” and what seemed to be so simple, turns out to be complicated.
