Pec stretch for neck pain:
1. From a standing position stand in a doorway and place your right fingers, forearm and elbow against the doorframe. Your elbow should be bent to 90 degrees and at the same height or slightly higher than your arm pit.
2. Next, step your right foot, hip, and torso through the doorway so you begin to feel and stretch in you pec muscle and into your shoulder where the pec muscle attaches to your upper arm.
3. Then rotate your torso away from (to the left) the arm you have against the doorframe. This will deepen the stretch you feel in your pec muscle.
Your neck and head should stay in a neutral position.
Hold this stretch for 20 seconds then rotate back toward your right arm and gently lower your arm.
Repeat on other side.
