1.Treadmill warm up/walk for 10 mins
2. Dips 5 rounds for 15-30 secs
3. Row machine-4 rounds for 3-4 mins
4. Jump rope- 5 rounds for 3-5 mins
5. At the end of this workout hit the treadmill for 10-15 min lite walk or jog!
