The list of Don'ts could run a country mile here, but we'll just read off the biggies. Don't, at any point, bend your back. Don't drop your elbows on the way up. Don't allow momentum to swing you in directions you shouldn't be headed in. Anywhere but forward, up, and back down again is uncool. And don't worry about these seeming awfully similar to standing upright rows on paper. If you're doing hang high pulls correctly, they're just distant cousins.
