Transitioning to Small Grains is a project of the Helderberg Brewshed to facilitate the production of small grains for use in the craft beverage industry. We are seeking 15 farmers to plant 7 acres of small grains in the fall of 2014, for harvest in summer 2015. Participating farmers will be provided with technical, marketing and risk management assistance. For more information about the project, please read the attached summary.
