This Is Pop is part eulogy for a Britain lost to status anxiety, credit-fuelled consumerism and tabloid celebrity, and part observation of America's weird mix of optimism and inequality. We tried to capture that in the video by building a collage of old footage, more recent clips and the band playing along and fooling around.
