The Mini Galerie was founded by Julia van der Meer in 2011. Several times a year she transformed her own living room into a temporary exhibition space, where she exhibited works from talented and upcoming artists. After three promising years the gallery moved to a new location at the Kinkerstraat in Amsterdam.
The 'all Italian' Apertura exhibition is the first show at the new location of the Mini Galerie. For this exhibition the gallery invited the following six talented Italian artists: Moneyless, 108, CT, Tellas, Roberto Ciredz and Martina Merlini. The exhibition hosts a variety of techniques, sizes and media, ranging from drawings, paintings and wall objects to photographs and screenprints.
