Returning from a year in Detroit when he was eighteen Adam was inspired by the ingenuity and creative spirit of the media professionals he met there and wanted to bring a little of that spirit back to Manchester with him.
With this goal is mind he studied Bsc TV Production at the University of Central Lancashire, graduating in 2007 and subsequently spent several years working as a freelancer editor and producer for a variety of organisations including Manchester United TV, Archers Mark, MRA and more. During this period he also ran his own club night KiLo dedicated to showcasing the best of the regions Drum & Bass, House and Electro artists.
By 2009 Adam decided that his experience in the world of film and TV combined with his connections with the Northwest’s music scene meant he was in the perfect position to launch a video production company unlike any other in Manchester – dLo Productions was born.
In 2010, Adam joined SKV Communications as their Editor for their video production department; VNA. Working on various videos for a range of clients such as Selfridges, Get The Label, MATV and many more.
Over the next three years dLo made a name for itself as a specialist music video production organization around, working on a number of high profile projects including, Modeselektor ‘Monkeytown’ Deluxe DVD with Live show at WHP and music videos for Virus Syndicate, North Base, Dawn Raid and many more varied video projects.
Alongside dLo Adam created Elek Tronique in 2010 with a group of like-minded friends who shared his passion for music. Elek Tronique is an online TV show featuring interviews with world-leading electronica and dance artists including:

2013 will see Elek Tronique partnering with Loopmasters to create exclusive video content for their LoopTV as well as the launch of a dLo associated record label, NB Audio (NBA).
Recently Adam setup a alternative/hiphop vesion of Elek Tronique; dLo Live with 1st guest featured with DJ Boogie Blind, and many more set for future.
Though the label is still in its early days it has already built up a roster of talented electronica and dance artists, with a particular focus on Drum & Bass, Dub Step and Techno. NBA will be closely integrated with dLo to ensure every release is complemented by a powerful video, striking artwork and comprehensive PR and distribution packages.
As if all that wasn’t enough Adam has also founded Gorilla Eye Films to showcase his more off-beat, personal projects and continues to raise funds for various selected charities to heart via live music events. A number of other projects such as dLo Apps, XProjekts and more are also in the pipe-line and will be announced in mid-2013.
